摘 要:目的观察以问题为基础的学习(PBL)对学生掌握知识的作用。方法随机整群抽样设立具有可比性的PBL施教组和传统模式对照组,PBL施教组的内外科消化系统疾病教学选用PBL教学法,其他内容均与对照组相同,采用传统的课堂讲授法,然后两组学生进行内外科学理论知识考试,比较试验前后的成绩。结果两组学生考试成绩的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),病例分析题PBL组学生成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PBL教学法不影响学生系统掌握理论知识,有利于学生临床能力的培养。Problem-based learning(PBL) was an advanced inculcating and learning method which based on the problems, and it was widely applied in medical education abroad. Enlightened by the PBL pattern, we designed ease discussion class carefully in the teaching of digestive disease combined internal and surgery. During the discussion, the students fully exerted subjective activity and their thoughts were triggered through the elieitation of PBL method. Moreover, the ability of analyzing and solving problems was improved. Therefore, the effect of our class is quite satisfied.
