摘　　要：个性化教育作为培养具有创造性思维能力、表达能力的个性化人才的主要途径,是21世纪各个谋求发展的国家所共同关注的问题。加强职业教育中的个性化教育,要明确个性化教育目标,更新个性化教育理念,建立综合职业能力课程观,掌握先进的教育方法,建立新型的教育管理体制,改革教学评价体系和评价方法,充分发挥校园文化对学生个性培养的功能。Being the main path to foster individuation talents who have creative ability of thinking and expression, individuation education is the question of common concern of all the countries which seek for development in 21 century. To strengthen the individuation education in vocational education, we should make clear its target, update the idea, build the curriculum view of integrative vocational aptitude, master advanced education methods, build new-style education management system, reform teaching evaluation system and methods and fully give play to the function of campus culture to the students＇ individual character fostering.
