摘　　要：提出了一类特殊矩阵的特征值反问题,并且利用矩阵的奇异值分解理论得到了这个问题解的表达式及解存在的充要条件。in this article, we brought forward a question about special matrix inverse problem, and then we got the expression of solution to it and the sufficient and necessary condition for the existence of solution, all of this make use of theory of singular value decomposing about matrix.
