摘　　要：以语用学的语用失误理论为指导,通过对商贸口译中存在的语用失误现象的研究,探讨了商贸口译中语用失误的具体表现形式及其成因,并说明这些语用失误对口译交流可能造成的负面影响。通过分析,旨在引起人们对商务口译中的语用失误现象的重视。Based on the theory of pragmatic failure in pragmatics, this paper investigates different types of pragmaticfailures that often occur in business interpretation, analyzes their causes and points out the negative effects they exert on crosscultural communication. Through the analysis of examples, this paper aims at raising people＇s awareness of the phenomena of pragmatic failures.
