摘 要:语用能力是交际能力的一个组成部分,是交际者在跨文化交际过程中能否恰当运用语言的一种能力,它由语言语用能力和社交语用能力构成。在英语教学中,在注重学习者语言基本功训练的同时,要采取灵活多变的手段提高学生的语用能力。首先论述了英语教学中语用能力培养的必要性进行论述,然后根据培养语用能力的三种理论模式阐述了影响学习者语用能力的三个主要因素,最后讨论了培养学生语用能力的途径。Pragmatic competence, a key factor of communicative competence, refers to the ability of language using during communications. It consists of communicative competence of language itself and the social pragmatic competence. In English teaching, basic skill training is far more enough, more flexible techniques are necessary to improve the learners' pragmatic competence. In this thesis, the author first illustrates the necessities of cultivating learner's pragmatic competence in English teaching. Then the author explains the major three factors influencing the leamers' pragmatic competence according to the three theoretical patterns. Finally the author just points out what the teacher should do during the process of language teaching.
