摘  要:杨贤江“全人生指导”思想是近代中国马克思主义“人的全面发展”教育思想本土化的范例。它是以马克思主义哲学及其“人的全面发展”教育思想为理论基础,同时吸收康德的“完人”教育思想和小原国芳的“全人教育”思想的合理因素,并结合当时中国的国情,针对教育的现状而提出的。考察“全人生指导”思想的理论来源、形成过程及主要特征,有助于在新的时代环境中将这份宝贵的历史遗产转化为当前教育改革和发展的思想资源。Yang Xianjiangs thought of "whole life guidance" is an example of educational thought localization on Chinese modern Marxist "people's overall development". It is put forward on the theoretical basis of Marxist philosophy and the educational thought of "peoplds overall development", absorbing the reasonable factors from Immanuel Kanfs "Perfect Person" educational thought and Obara Kuniyoshi's whole person educational thought, combining the Chinese national situation at that time, and countering the status quo of education. Chasing the theoretical resource, formation course and main characteristics of the thought of "whole life guidance" is helpful to transfer this valuable historical heritage into the ideological resource of our current educational reform and development in the new era environment.
