构建多元化的农村义务教育投入机制——陕西省农村义务教育个案研究

摘　　要：投入不足与需求庞大一直是制约农村义务教育整体推进的主要矛盾。如果我们不加大各级政府的义务教育投入力度,不着力构建完善的义务教育投入机制,可能会造成农村义务教育整体性危机。构建多元化农村义务教育投入机制的立足点在于重新划定各级政府教育投入的权重比例,突出中央与省级政府的核心地位;同时要广开渠道、广纳社会教育资源,不断增强农村学校的造血机能,全方位促进农村义务教育的改革与发展。Insufficient investment and huge demanding are the main contradiztion restrizting the countryside compulsory education. Not strengthening the compulsory education investment of the government or putting forth effort to set up the perfect compulsory edulation investment system may cauxe the globality crisis of countryside compulsory education. The construction of diversified countryside compulsory education＇ s investment system lies in re - dilimitting the proportion of the power setting up the wide range of the channel and accept the social education resources widely, strengthening the hematopoietic function the countryside school constantly, multifaceted promoting the reform and development of countryside compulsory education.
