摘　　要：“设计导向”的职业教育思想认为，职业教育的目标是培养设计工作和技术的能力，主张有效发挥人在生产中的作用。作为德国乃至西方社会当代职教发展的主流思想之一，其产生有着工业社会学、经典教育学、综合技术教育及行动导向学的深刻背景。目前，在中国推广“设计导向”职业教育思想具备了一定的可能性，但在学习者的主体性认同、创新能力培养及职业教育宗旨的认识上有待改进。The view of shaping-orientation vocational education concept propose that the aim of vocational education is to cultivate the competency of designing work and techniques, and to effectively exert the function of people in production. As one of the popular thoughts on the development of contemporary vocational education in Germany and western society, the emergence of shaping-orientation vocaional education concept has profound background of industrial sociology, typical pedagogy, comprehensive technique education and behavior orientation-descipline. Nowadays, it is possible to boost shaping- orientation vocational education concept, but there should be improvement in subjective identity, cultivation of innovative abilities and the cognition to the ethos of vocational education of learners.
