摘　　要：文章阐述了本科生毕业论文在人才培养中的重要作用,从主观和客观两个方面分析了影响本科生毕业论文质量的因素,提出了提高本科生毕业论文质量的具体措施。This article tried to expound the importance of undergraduate thesis in the personnel training, not only analyzed the factors related to the quality of undergraduate thesis in obiective and subiective aspects, but also proposed some specific methods to improve the quality of thesis.
