摘  要:用离子交换层析、凝胶层析等方法对浒苔多糖进行了分离纯化,得到2个组分EP1和EP2。对EP2进行了非特异性免疫功能的体外实验研究,结果表明:适宜浓度的EP2能明显促进T、B淋巴细胞的增殖反应,而且对抗原提呈细胞活化所致的诱导IFN-g的产生有非常显著的增强作用,但对ConA诱导T细胞直接活化所致的IFN-g和IL-2的产生未见显著的影响,说明EP2有增强免疫反应的作用。Polysaccharides in Enteromorpha were separated and purified by ionic chromatography and gel exclusion chromatography, and two fractions were obtained: EP1 and EP2. The effects of EP2 on non-specific immunity were studied in vitro. The results indicated that the proper concentration EP2 could promote the ability of T lymphocytes and B lymphocytes in evidence. Also in proper concentration EP2 showed evident effection on the production of IFN-γ and IL- 2 induced directly by T lymphocytes, however, it showed in significant effection on the production of IFN-γ induced by antigen presenting cells. So, EP2 had enhanced immune activity.
