管理类课程案例教学方法引入应注意的几个问题

摘　　要：管理类课程教学中引入案例教学法可以充分调动学生学习的积极性,增强学生的独立思考和独立决策的能力,使学生能够将所学的理论知识直接用于企业管理实务中。但案例教学法的实施冲击着传统教育观念,对教师素质也提出了更高的要求。通过研究,对管理类课程教学中应用案例教学时应注意的问题提出一些看法,以达到提高案例教学法在管理类课程教学中的应用效果。Cases teaching methods of management courses can motivate the activity of students, enhance the ability of independent thinking of the students, as well as improve the ability in making decisions of students. And the learners can put the theories into practice. In this paper, the opinion of cases study methods of the authors is provided. Some precautions on introducting case teaching method that can improve the effects of teaching are given.
