摘  要:作者对树莓SOD粗酶液经硫酸铵分级沉淀、SephadexG-100柱层析,同时对比DEAE-52柱层析和金属螯合亲和柱层析,并对其部分性质进行研究。从树莓中纯化得到三种Mn-SOD同工酶:SODⅠ、SODⅡ、SODⅢ。实验分析结果表明,经金属螯合亲和柱层析的回收率和纯化倍数远高于DEAE-52柱层析。对5个树莓品种的酶活力研究表明熏早红的酶活力最高,美22号的酶活力最低。SOD Ⅰ ,SOD Ⅱ and SOD m were purified from the raspberries by ammonium-sulfate,gel filtration on SephadexG-100 and comparing DEAE-52 on exchange chromatography with Metals Chelating Affinity Chromatogram.And some of its characters were analyzed.The results showed that the specific activity and the recovery of the three enzymes from Metals Chelating Affinity Chromatogram were superior to that from DEAE-52 on exchange chromatography.The conclusoins on difference of SOD activity determinatiom of the different raspberry, Early Red has the most Activity determinatiom of SOD and A-22 has the least one.
