摘　　要：随着高等教育的快速发展,高校教师不但需要增加数量,更需要提高素质,强化在职培训是提高教师素质的有效途径,是高校教师队伍建设的重要环节,是高校人才战略的重要组成部分。本文以此为前提,探讨强化高校教师在职培训的基本思路、措施和途径。With the rapid development of higher education, the amount of higher education teachers need to be increased and the quality of higher education teachers should be improved. To strengthen training of higher education is a very important way to improve the quality of higher education. It is also a very important part of construction of group of teachers. Based on it, this article points the ways and methods of strengthening training of higher education.
