多元文化教育及其影响下的教材建设

摘　　要：我国民族地区的教育长期以来是一个特殊的领域,教育要传承什么文化,教材建设该走什么样的路等等问题是教育者所关注的问题。笔者认为理性地理解民族地区的多元文化教育理念,以及正确地审视其在实践中存在着偏狭的课程目标、汉化的课程内容、功利化的课程实施以及师资力量不足等问题具有举足轻重的作用,以及在这种影响下,教材建设应采取融合模式从目标观、课程设计、行政配合以及教师因素等方面积极地进行。For a long time, the education of territory of nationality stays as a special field. The educationers pay attention to such questions as what does education mean to transfer, which way should teaching material construction take, etc. The writer of this paper thinks it has a very important force to reasonably understand the concept of multi - cultural education in areas of national minority; meanwhile correctly examine the problems existing in the practice, for example, narrow- minded course target, hanized course content, Utilized course arrangement, lack of teachers, etc. Under such influence, teaching material construction should adopt mixedmodel from such aspects as idea of target, course design, administration cooperation, and teachers, etc.
