摘　　要：素质教育与新课程改革对教育实习的理念与模式提出了崭新的变革要求,以实习生为学习主体的自主、立体、开放的“过程性”教育实习模式必将取代传统的一次集中的“环节性”教育实习模式,实现理念与模式的全方位嬗新。“全程基地导师制”实习模式是我们基于新课程理念与当前国内外教育实习现状提出的一种新的构想。Quality education and elementary education reform has brought new requirement for the changing of the concept and the mode of teaching practice. And the process-centered mode, open, student- independent, tridimensional, must take the place of the traditional stage-centered one and make the concept and the mode be changed completely. The whole-processed, base-centered and tuitor-guided mode is the ideal one which is based on the elementary education reform concept and the present teaching practice condition domestic and abroad.
