摘  要:20世纪80年代以来,美国出台了一系列课程政策,用以指导课程改革。但由于课程权力和利益分配关系的变化,导致了美国不同时期的课程政策的不同特点,同时也付出了教育代价。对于教育代价的补偿,应该确立有效、合理的课程政策价值标准体系,达到集权与分权的统一,加强对弱势群体的关注和补偿。Since the 1980s, the United States has issued a series of curriculum policies guiding the curriculum reform. However, the US curriculum policies have presented different features at different times because of the change of the relationship between the curriculum power and the distribution of benefits for which the US has paid an educational cost. To compensate for the cost of education, we should establish an effective and reasonable courses policy values system to achieve the centralization and decentralization of power, and pay more attention and compensation to the disadvantageous groups.
