摘　　要：文章首先讨论了产学研结合人才培养模式的意义,指出它是一种富于指导意义的理念,而不是一个一成不变的教条;贯彻产学研结合应该多样化,而不应该只是一个套路。作者以自己从事的《商务英语》专业教学改革为例,指出贯彻产学研结合应该抓住人才培养这条主线,因地制宜、量身制定贯彻产学研结合的形式和內容。The author begins by discussing the implication, and significance of ＂teaching in combination with production and research＂ （TPR）, pointing out that TPR is a guide, rather than a dogmatic pattern, and therefore diversity should be encouraged in its application. The paper goes on to demonstrate the application of the TPR by the author and his colleagues in their attempt to reform the Business English specialty.
