摘　　要：中西方文化不同,彼此间文化语义也存在巨大差异。传统大学英语教学对文化语义的忽视严重制约了大学生的英语阅读与理解能力。鉴于中西方语言文化的本体性差异与不可通约性,强调大学英语教学过程中的文化导入应该成为一项常抓不懈的外语教学策略。Chinese culture and Western culture are not different cultural semantics. In China, college students＇ the same. Differences between the two cultures result in reading and comprehensive ability are restricted because cuhural-semantic factors have long been neglected in traditional College English teaching. Considering that there is basic difference between Chinese language and culture and Western ones, special attention should be paid to the cultural introduction in college English teaching in China.
