论新形势下高职实验室的管理与改革

摘　　要：针对高职实验室存在的管理体制滞后、资源配置不合理、人员管理制度不完善、日常管理有漏洞等问题,必须理顺关系,实现资源共享,建立完善的管理制度,加强实验室档案资料建设,建立评估后实验室工作制度的长效机制。Aming at problems existed in the laboratory in higher vocational schools such as the lagging of management mechanism, unreasonable collocation of resources, unperfect personnel management system and holes in dailay management, schools must clarify relationship to achieve the share of resources, construct consummate management system, strengthen the construction of archive materials in laboratory, etc.
