摘  要:目的:了解我国在校大学生在当前食品安全事件频发的危机中食品安全意识、消毒行为及其影响因素,为制定相应指导措施提供依据。方法:利用问卷调查方式抽查332个来自大陆、港、澳3地的在校大学生,调查其食品安全知识、卫生习惯、安全意识及消费行为,应用方差分析和相关分析,探索影响大学生消费行为的因素及各因素之间关系。结果:在校大学生当前消费行为较为理性,影响因素包括年级、专业、人际关系及饮食卫生习惯等;大学生对五年内达到食品安全信心不足,但能积极出谋划策。结论:应加强健康饮食习惯的宣教,强调消费者的监督意识。Objective: To understand the status of food safety consciousness, consume behavior and its influencing factors in the undergraduates, which helps to provide the bases of the guidance. Methods: Questionaire of influencing factors, whieh about their food safety knowledge, health habit of diet, food safety and consume behavior, were applied to investigate 332 students in the university who come from Mainland, HongKong and Macao. Variance analysis and correlation analysis were applied to explore the influencing factors and the relationships among the factors. Results: The consume behavior of undergraduates were rational. The influencing factors included the grade, speciality, the relationships with others and health habit. They had not enough confidence to the future of food safety in 5 years in Guangzhou, but were able to give some advices. Conclusion: The propaganda of healthy diet and the consciousness of inspection by consumer should be both strengthened.
