摘 要:适应高等教育大众化新形势,构建并实践了“教学改革-科技创新-学科竞赛”的互动模式。该模式以教学改革为主体,教学计划培养与科技创新活动相结合;以学科竞赛推动教改,引导科技创新活动的开展;教学改革的成果充实科技创新活动的内涵,提升竞赛成绩,三者互为促进、共同提高,营造一种探索研究、竞争进取、普遍提高、个性发展的培养氛围,培养学生综合素质,提高人才培养质量。In order to adapt to the new situation of the popular higher education, the mutual mold of teaching reform, technology innovation and subject contest is established and practiced. This mode takes teaching reform as the main body, combining undergraduate program with technology innovation. Forcing teaching reform through subject contest, this mode leads the expansion of the technology innovation. The fruits of teaching reform enrich the intension of technology innovation, upgrade the achievement of the subject contest. All of the three aspects accelerate each other, improve together, which constructs a cultural environment for searching and studying, competing and enterprising, developing individually and improving at large, and cultivates the students' comprehensive diathesis and improves the talents quality.
