对高校教师教学质量评价的思考

摘　　要：分析了高校教师教学评价工作的现状,指出了评价不够客观公正、以部分评价代替整体评价、评价工作与教师需求存在差异等问题,提出了调整教学评价定位、改进教学评价体系及反馈过程、建立毕业生追踪回访制度等措施,以期提高高校教师教学质量评价的实效性。The current situation in evaluating the teaching quality in colleges and universities is analysed, and the problems like injustice, partial evaluation in replace of complete evaluation, distance between the evaluation and teachers＇ requirements are pointed out. It suggests switching the orientation of the evaluation, improving the evaluating and feedback system, making the graduates-retracing system and so on to improve the effectiveness of the evaluating system.
