摘　　要：人力资源是所有资源中最宝贵的资源,人是生产力诸因素中最为积极、最为活跃的因素,单位的各项活动与管理工作都要靠人去完成。因此,在当今高校的一切活动中,人力资源的管理无疑最为重要与关键。本文针对当今高校教师这一群体人力资源的管理工作,根据现代人力资源管理的理念提出其变革的思路和举措。Human resource is the most precious in all resources, and people are the most positive and active factor of prodt, ctiv ity, for they are the performers of all the activities and managements of an institution. Therefore, the human resource manage ment is crucial to the management of a college or university. This paper disct, sses the management of faculty in college or university, especially in application-oriented institutes, and provides a revealing insight into it.
