摘　　要：本文研究局部对称共形平坦黎曼流形中具有平坦法丛的紧致伪脐子流形,建立了一个Simons型积分不等式,并由此得到了极小子流形的第二基本形式模长平方的Pinching结果.In this paper, we discussed the compact speudo-umbilical submanifolds with flat normal bundle in a locally symmetric conformally flat Riemannian manifold. We give an integral inequality of Simons＇ type and we obtain the square of the length of the second fundamental form＇s pinching theorem of the minimal submanifolds.
