摘  要:对以玉米浸泡水浓缩液(CCSL)为基础的简化培养基进行了优化。结果表明,由80g/L葡萄糖、40g/L玉米浸泡水浓缩液和0.2g/LMnSO4.H2O组成的发酵培养基获得了68.5g/L的乳酸产量,与完全培养基产量基本相同。使用数学模型对发酵过程中乳酸的生成和葡萄糖的消耗进行了模拟和预测分析。Lactic acid bacteria have limited capacity to synthesize B-vitamins and amino acids. The complexity of the media increases the cost of lactic acid production. Low-cost media for lactic acid fermentation are desired to enhance the economics of the L-lactic acid production by Lactobacillus casei subsp, rhamnosus L1013. The aim of this work was to optimize the production of L-lactic acid from glucose in a reduced nutritional medium based on concentrated corn steep liquor (CCSL). The maximum L-lactic acid concentration (68.5g/L) was obtained at 96 h using the media composed by 80g/L glucose, 40g/L CCSL and 0.2g/L MnSO4 ·H2O. The product yields were similar to those obtained in a fully supplemented medium. Additionally, a mathematical model was adopted from another study to model and predict the process of lactic acid production and glucose consumption.
