摘　　要：近年我国果品加工业发展较快,但在加工规模、技术水平等方面与发达国家差距还很大。通过对我国果品加工业现状和存在主要问题的回顾与分析,提出当前果品加工业的发展趋势。The fruit processing got significant development in these years in China, but the differences in scale and technical level between China and developed countries were great. The current status and problem of fruit processing were reviewed and analysed. The development trend of fruit processing in China was pointed out.
