摘 要:伏马菌素(fumonisin)是二十世纪八十年代末期发现的一类由串珠镰刀菌产生的真菌毒素。本文从市售玉米中分离出两株产毒镰刀菌,研究其发酵液中伏马菌素B1的提取、纯化方法,利用薄层层析对伏马菌素B1做半定量检测,利用HPLC法对伏马菌素B1做定量检测。同时,对大连市售玉米花生样品进行了伏马菌素B1的检测。The fumonisins are mycotoxin, originally isolated in 1988, synthesized mainly by several species of genus fusuriam. In this paper, two strains of C405 and C510 producing fumonisin were separated from corns, and primarily identified as genus fusarium. The methods of extraction and purification on fumonisin B1 from fermentable liquid were studied. TLC was chosen for half-quantificational determination of fumonisin B1, and HPLC for quantificationai determination. Meanwhile, fumonisin B1 was extracted from corns and peanuts was detected too.
