高校英语教师继续教育的重要性

摘　　要：笔者根据自己多年的教学体验以及新世纪对高素质的高校英语教师的要求,从几个方面着重论述了自主发展是高校英语教师不断提高自身综合素质的关键,同时也论述了继续教育是自主发展的核心。In this article, the author emphasizes that the autonomous development is the key to of university English teachers in order to constantly improve their own competence and that the continuous education is the core of this kind of autonomous development according to her years of tcaching experiences and fire requirements to the hitch-competence university English teachers in the new century.
