摘  要:将裸燕麦麸皮甲醇提取物用溶剂萃取法分成4个组分;分别采用DPPH法和抑制猪油氧化能力法测定了4个组分的抗氧化能力;并用化学预试法初步鉴定了正丁醇组分。结果表明:正丁醇组分清除DPPH自由基能力较强,乙酸乙酯部分抗猪油氧化能力较强;化学预示法鉴定结果表明,正丁醇组分含有酚类、鞣质、皂苷、黄酮体、甾体、有机酸、香豆素与萜类内酯化合物。The naked oat bran was extracted by methanol. And the extracts were divided into four parts according their polarity. Then their antioxidant activities were essayed by DPPH method and antioxidant activity to lard method. A chemical preliminary examination was carried out on n-butanol extracts. The results showed that nbutanol extracts has strong scavenging activity to DPPH free radicals while ethyl acetate extracts was better to restrain the lard oxidation. The n-butanol extracts contains phenolic compounds, tannins, saponins, flavonoids, sterols, organic acids, coumarin, lactones and terpenoid.
