摘　　要：随着高等职业教育的进一步发展,高职教师的继续教育不容忽视;在终身教育的时代,高职教师的继续教育必然成为教师专业发展的重要途径。本文就高职教师继续教育的必要性、内容和途径等问题进行了探索。With the further development of higher vocational education, the continuing education of teachers of higher vocational education is not to be neglected. In the lifelong educational age, the continuing education of higher vocational teachers inevitably becomes the important way of the career development. This article talks about the necessity of continuing education, the content and ways.
