摘　　要：本文我们研究了取值于局部凸空间矢值测度的各种性质，推广了Ｂｒｏｏｋ和Ｄｉｅｓｔｅｌ等人在Ｂａｎａｃｈ空间上的一些结果。In paper [1], we discuss the relation of convergent series and bounded variation with valued in locally convex spaces, in this paper, we discuss some important properties of vectormeasures of bounded variation with valued in locally convex spaces, so that we extend Brooks'some results.
