摘　　要：开发了用于生产２－酮基－Ｌ－古龙酸（２ＫＧＡ）流加发酵过程的在线控制系统。该系统可在线检测和控制发酵温度、ｐＨ、ＤＯ、罐压等环境参数，并可控制糖液、碱液等补料的流加。经７０ｍ３环隙气升式发酵罐内的试验表明，该控制系统工作可靠，抗干扰能力强，控制品质好，便于操作，能满足生产工艺要求。An on-line process control system was developed for a fed- batch fermentation process of producing 2-keto-gulonic acid(2K GA)in an annulus-airlift fermentor of 70m～3. The process variables,such as temperature,pH,DO,vessel pressure,air flow rate,feed rate of substrate,etc.were on-line measured and controlled, Testing results showed that the performance of control system was good,and suitable for the industrial production of 2KGA.
