摘 要:用花椒为原料,经连续渗漉法抽提的油树脂为心材,以食用胶为壁材,经均质、乳化和喷雾干燥获得花椒油树脂微胶囊,其含水率为2.98%,心材包埋率为93.37%,收得率为93.1%,花椒油素含量为9.71%,溶剂残留量为4.5×10-6.Microencapsulation process of xanthoxylum oleoresin which was extracted from dry xanthoxylum with a 55% ethanol solution though emulsion,homogenization and spray drying.The edible gums were selected as wall material.The moisture cotent in microencapsulation,recovery of xanthoxylum oleoresin microencapsulation and retention ratio of core material are 2.98%,93.1% and 93.37% respectively.The content of phloroacetophenonedimethylether in microencapsulation is 9.71%.The remmant of solvent is 4.5×10 -6 . The microstructure of microencapsules was investigated with an S 450 scanning electron microscope,cracked particle was not discovered.The hydroxylamine method which was developed by with electric potential titration.
