摘 要:在高职课堂教学中,提高学生在职业能力、职业素养、岗位技能等方面的竞争力,单纯依赖“双师型”教师队伍还不够。在教学过程中,高职教师必须树立以学生为主体的观念,把学生作为教学活动的主体,在设计教学目标、教学环节时,充分考虑学生的要求。在课堂教学中调动学生学习的积极性、主动性,实现教师和学生双方互动,从而实现教与学的统一,这是上好高职课程的基础。in the teaching of high vocational class, students' competence should be improved in the aspects of professional ability, professional quality and post skill, it is not enough only to depend on double-quality teachers. In the teaching process, high vocational teachers should build up the concept that regards students as main body, and make students the main body of teaching activity. In the designing of teaching aims and steps, students' requirement should be fully considered. It is the basis of a good high vocational class to realize the unification of teaching and studying, by encouraging students to be active and having mutual communication in class.
