山东省教师发展现状与未来发展模式研究

摘  要:社会的发展和教育自身的改革对教师素质提出了新的要求。近年来山东省中小学教师学历层次逐步提升,但与国家要求的学历目标仍有相当距离。小学教师尤其农村小学教师老龄化趋势明显;教育经费和教师教育投入严重不足,影响教师的继续教育和专业发展。所以,当务之急是加快现有师范院校结构布局调整,稳步推进教师教育体系开放化,完善我省教师教育管理体制,探索多样化的教师培养模式,加大教师教育的投入力度,为教师专业发展和持续成长提供有力保障。The development of society and the self- reformation of education have put forward new demands for teachers' quality. In recent years, the elementary and middle school teachers in Shandong province have gradually promoted their educational background, although there is still a far way to our country's requested educational background; the old age tendericy is quite obvious among elementary school teachers, especially the elementary school teachers of countryside; it has been seriously insufficient in education fund and teacher education investment, which have an impact on teachers' continuing education and professional development. Hence, we should provide powerful safeguard for teachers' professional development by speeding up the structural adjustment of the existing normal universities, steadily advancing the opening - up of teacher educational system, perfecting the teacher educational managing system, probing into diversified teacher upbringing mode, and enlarging investment dynamics for teacher education.
