摘　　要：采用免疫亲和柱净化、高效液相色谱法结合荧光检测器检测进出口芝麻中的黄曲霉毒素B1。方法的检测限为0．1μg／kg,相对标准偏差低于9％,回收率85％-90％,方法简便快速、灵敏准确,满足进出口芝麻黄曲霉B1的检测要求。By immunoaffinity chromatogaphy together with the HPLC to test aflatoxin B1 among imported sesame. With a result, the detection limit of aflatoxin B1 is 0.1μg/kg, the relative standard deviation of the determination is less than 9%, and the recovery is 85%-90%. The results demonstrated that immunoaffinity chromatogaphy and determination by HPLC is a simply, fast, sensitive and accurate method, with which can demand Aflatoxin B1 determination of import and export sesame.
