中职教师在职攻读硕士学位招生制度研究

摘　　要：对区域中职教师攻读硕士学位有关环节的调查显示,有关报名条件、考试科目、录取标准等内容需要进一步改进。建议:建立独立的培养体系与招生制度,放宽报考条件、改革考试内容,利用推荐、保送、择优降分、本科应届毕业生保送不直读、同等学力申请等形式,多渠道选拔优秀人才,弥补现行招生制度的不足。同时国家应建立"中职硕士"奖学金,并在考试时间、专业设置等方面考虑中职学校教师的现实需求。Investigation on the relative steps of in-service studying for master degree of secondary vocational school teachers in some region show that, the content relative to registration condition, examination subjects and acceptance standard should be improved more. The suggestions are： building independent cultivation system and enrollement system, broadening registration condition and reforming examination content, taking advantage of various modes of recommending, straightly studying, declining marks for the excellence to offset the shortages of present enrollment system. At the same time, the country should establish scholarship for secondary vocational education master, and Consider the real demand of secondary vocational school teachers in aspects of examination time, specialty setup, etc.
