改革教育评价制度 推进滇西乡村小学素质教育——弥渡、祥云县乡村小学教育现状调查与分析

摘　　要：以祥云、弥渡县部分乡村小学为调查对象,发现滇西乡村小学存在师资队伍、教育设施、教育评价制度等方面的典型问题急待解决。为此,从课程开设、师资队伍建设、基础设施的增添与使用、地方课程资源的开发、教育部门领导的培训与管理、地方教育评价制度的改革等六个方面提出了推进滇西乡村小学素质教育的相应建议。Based on the survey in Xiangyun and Midu counties about quality education in rural elementary schools in the west of Yunnan province, there came out urgent problems in teacher staff, school facilities, educational evaluation system and so forth. Therefore the author of this paper puts forward relevant suggestions on 6 aspects such as the course design, construction of teachers, facilities of education and its utilization, exploitation and utilization of local course resources, leader＇ s training and management for education department, reforming the education evaluation system. Which might be helpful to boost the quality educa- tion in the western area.
