摘　　要：本文对大学英语教学所存在的问题进行了分析,提出了提高大学英语教学效果的相应对策。文章认为要提高大学英语教学水平,培养能适应我国社会发展和国际交流需要的人才,必须实现教学目标定位、教学模式和学习者的学习策略等方面的转变。This paper makes an analysis of the existing problems in China＇s college English Teaching and explores the corresponding solutions to solve those problems. The author suggests that the shifts in teaching ideology, mode, learner＇s strategies and so on, must be carried out in order to cultivate more qualified personnel who can meet the needs of China＇s social development and international exchanges.
