摘　　要：人文教育与护理学专业教育从属于两种不同的思想体系,但它们都是素质教育的重要内容。本文通过对人文教育的内涵,护理人文素质教育现状,开展人文教育的必要性等几方面的论述,构建以“广医人精神”和“南山风格”为人文价值取向的护理人文素质教育模式。其目的是为了使受教育者形成稳固的知识、能力、综合素质三位一体的理想护理人才架构。The humanities education and the nursing profession education belong to two kinds of different systems of thoughts, but they are important content of humanistic quality education. This paper discusses the content of the humanities education, the nursing humanities education present condition and the educational necessity. Set up with ＂ GUANGYI person＂ spirit and ＂NANSHAN style＂ for worth tropism of nursing humanities education. Its purpose is making a firmness formation of ideal nursing talented person of the character of trinity of knowledge, ability, comprehensive.
