摘 要:目的:研究蛹虫草中类胡萝卜素的提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验法进行优选,分光光度法测定类胡萝卜素含量。结果:酸热法对蛹虫草中类胡萝卜素的提取有显著性影响。结论:最优提取组合为盐酸浓度1mol/L、盐酸用量15mL/g、酸浸时间20min、热处理时间4min,丙酮是从蛹虫草中浸提类胡萝卜素较优越的有机溶剂;在此浸提条件下,蛹虫草中类胡萝卜素含量可达2158μg/g干样品。Objective: The extractions on the carotenoid produced from Cordyceps militaris were studied. Methods: The content of carotenoid was determined by UV-spectrophotometry. The optimum extraction process was selected with the orthogonal design. Result: The experimental results showed that the method combining hydrochloric acid(HCI) with heating(by boiling water) was suitable for extraction on the carotenoid produced from Cordyceps militaris. Conclusion: The optimal extraction condition was obtained as follows: HCI concentration 1mol/L, HCI addition 15mL/g(dry sample), soaking 20min and heating 4min. Acetone was the optimal extracting organic solvent. Under the above optimal conditions, the yield of carotenoid could reach 2158μg/g dry sample.
