摘　　要：大学英语与中学英语的衔接教学一直受到教育工作者的极大关注。至2006年中学英语实施新课程标准已经到了第六个年头,接受新课程教育的首批高中生现已进入大学的学习。在这一新背景下,文章从教材内容、教法学法、教学模式以及评价体系等几方面探讨大学英语如何与高中英语衔接的问题。The new curriculum for middle-school English has been regulated in China for six years. Things are quite different from years ago in English teaching in middlde schools now. It＇s time for college English to adapt to its new teaching concepts, materials, ways, modes and evaluating systems, etc. The author, who has gone in for both senior and college English teaching, puts forward the topic and gives her own opinion on how to link college English to Senior English on the aspects mentioned above.
