摘 要:为缩短数控板材加工中的走刀时间,对传统的数控板材加工路径作出改进,提出基于蚁群算法的数控板材加工路径规划并做出了仿真。由仿真结果表明,本文提出的算法性能较好,能够大大缩短加工总路程。最后对蚁群算法应用在数控板材路径规划的前景进行了展望。In order to shorten the time of cutting feed in NC (Numerical Control) plate processing, some improvements were done aiming at the conventional processing route and a route planning of NC plate processing algorithm based on ant colony was proposed. Matlab was used to make a simulation and the simulation results show that the algorithm can reach a preferable performance and can shorten the total distance greatly. Some forecasts about the prospect of using ant colony algorithm in NC plate processing were presented.
