摘　　要：MM(HT)实验指高师数学教育专业贯彻数学方法论教育方式的教育改革实验.它注重发挥数学教育的素质教育功能,瞄准两个具体目标,遵循4条基本原则,适时恰当地操作10个变量,以培养高质量数学教师为目的.MM(HT)教育方式可以帮助老教师反思教学经历,撰写著作;可以帮助年轻教师迅速成长,改进教学方法,提高教学效率.MM（HT） experiment was a educational refoma experiment which to carry on mathematic methodology in mathematics education speciality in normal university. It paid attention to the quality education function of mathematics education., aimed at two goals, abided by 4 basic principles, to bring up high quality mathematics teachers. MM（HT） education method could help the old teachers to reflective their teaching experience and help the young to improve their teaching method.
