摘　　要：本文分析了网络文化引发的德育环境的诸多变化,及其对当前师德培育工作造成的困难,提出了在网络环境下,高校创新师德培育工作的基本要求和策略。This paper makes an analysis of changes of moral education brought about by the intemet culture and problems in moral education in universities. It also put forward some requirements and strategies to innovate the moral education in universities.
