摘　　要：目前，企业面临人力资源合理配置和在职员工的培训与提高等问题，高职院校面临实用型人才培养的问题。企业培训与高职教育的相通性在于，在知识管理层面上开展有效合作，通过一种渠道，把知识更快、更好地加载到人这一载体上，解决好知识的复制、传递、发展和更新问题。基于知识管理的校企合作，强调共享知识库和软硬件资源，并建立长期合作关系。Nowadays, enterprises are facing with the problems of reasonable allocation of human resources , training and enhancement of their in-service staff, and higher vocational schools are facing with the problem of applied talents cultivation. Training of enterprise and higher vocational education can develop effective cooperation in knowledge-management level to solve the problem of duplication, dissemination and updation of knowledge through loading knowledge on people more quickly and effectively. The cooperation between school and enterprise based on knowledge-management strengthen the sharing of knowledge base, software and hardware resources, and attach importance to construct long-term cooperation relationship.
