摘　　要：智能包装可以更好的对食品起到保鲜作用,已成为包装界关注的焦点。本文分析了食品的保鲜机理和智能包装的技术特点,介绍了智能包装在食品保鲜中的应用。Intelligent packaging has been one of the most widely concerned topics on the globe. Intelligent packaging was good for food preservation. The mechanism of food preservation and the characteristics of intelligent packaging technology were analyzed. This article introduced the application of intelligent packaging in food preservational.
