摘　　要：在对高等医学院校教师的教学理论、教学技能的培训进行实地调查的基础上,对教学质量在不同培训行为教师人群中的分布进行了统计学描述,提出了解决问题的方法:有效开展校本培训;建立教师教学反思机制;推动接受理论向实践理论转化.Based on the investigation of some medical universities teachers＇ teaching theories and the training of their teaching techniques, this article gave a statistic description about the distribution of teaching qualities revealed among different teachers who received different training techniques. We found the following solutions： to carry out effectively trainings inside the university itself; to establish a feedback system for the teachers＇ teaching and to promote the transition from receiving theories to practicing theories.
