摘　　要：从教育诉讼增多现象开始分析,以责任和教育责任为逻辑起点,探讨了教师承担教育责任的两难困境,分析了教育责任中的伦理问题,提出使教师承担教育责任的三点建议。This paper discusses the dilemma which teachers face while undertaking the education responsibility. At the beginning of this paper, the phenomenon that there are more and more education lawsuits is analyzed. Based on the responsibility, especially the education responsibility, this paper analyzes the ethical problems of education responsibility as well, and three pieces of advices are offered to make teachers better undertake their education responsibility.
