摘 要:大学英语教学引入形成性评估,结合终结性评估可以全面动态地反映学生的学习成果、学习态度、学习策略以及教师的教学方法,可以促进学生有效学习和实现大学英语教学目标。在讨论形成性评估的意义和特点的基础上,从我国的大学英语教学实际出发,提出一些需要解决的问题,为可操作性提出意见。As an important part of college English teaching, formative assessment can comprehensively and dynamically reflect the students' academic achievement, learning attitude, learning strategy and the tutors' teaching method with the combination of summative assessment; and it also can promote students' learning efficiency and reach the college English teaching goal. This paper discusses the meaning and characteristic of formative assessment. And then from the teaching reality of College English in China, it raises several problems needed to be resolved and gives some suggestions about it.
